Refund Policy
Plans change — we get it. Here's how refunds and reschedules work for passes and team rooms at GameGarage Hub. Because you pay on arrival or by invoice, most of this is about cancelling before you've paid.
Cancelling a booking
Tell us at least four hours before your booked time and there's nothing to pay — we simply release the seat. Just reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected].
Rescheduling
Want a different day or time instead? Reschedules are free whenever a matching time is open. Ask and we'll move your booking rather than cancel it.
Prepaid bookings
If you paid in advance for a team room or an event, a cancellation made at least 24 hours ahead is refunded in full to your original payment method. Inside 24 hours we offer a credit for a future session instead of a cash refund, since the room was held for you.
No-shows
If a station or room is held and nobody arrives, and we weren't told in advance, we can't refund a prepaid room. An hourly or day pass that was never paid simply lapses — there's no charge and nothing to refund.
If something's wrong on our side
If a rig fails during your session and we can't move you to another, we'll refund or credit the unused time. Fairness runs both ways.
How to request a refund
Email us with the name and date on your booking. Approved refunds are returned within a few business days, depending on your bank.
